Today I met with a man who has been teaching Tai Chi for three years now.

His name is Dan Martin. He is very dedicated and he wants to share his knowledge with others. Dan learned the Tai Chi method while he was in Austrailia. He has agreed to offer 10th and 24th form Tai Chi with meditation in our gym.

If you take this class you will learn vital relaxation methods along with the Tai Chi which includes proper breathing and balance techniques. He will also incorporate stress reducing meditation which we all need during the holiday season.

The class will begin the first Thursday in December ( the 6th) at 7:00 pm. It will last for approximately one hour. Class will be held every Thursday at 7:00 pm after that.

So if you are looking for a new and wonderful way to relax and learn a skill at the same time, come and try this great new class. The cost will be the same as any other class that we offer in the Fit Club. If you have any questions feel free to e-mail us. The location of the Fit Club is 40 Claiborne Avenue in Rocky Mount, Va.

Salad is a great, versatile way to get healthy nutrients from various sources.
