Due to popular demand we have decided to start our Saturday classes back up. They will begin on October 4th at the usual time of 10:00 am. The class lasts about a half an hour. The only change we are making is we would like to request that you let us know in advance if you will be coming so that we can better plan the class according to the class size. Also if for any reason we ever need to cancel the class, we can contact the participants to let them know.Please be sure to eat about an hour before you come. This keeps you from having your blood sugar drop during the class. We do a lot of multi-joint exercises that take lot of energy. Mega calories are burned, so be sure the food you eat is good quality food that that your body can call upon to utilize. Choose something that will stay with you. Just a piece of fruit is not enough. Be sure to include a lean protein source. Also bring a bottle or two of water to hydrate with. You will definitely need this. We do sell water at the gym for $1 per bottle if you forget yours. Also, plan to sweat. Wear something comfortable. Don’t overdress. It’s a garage -style gym. Nothing fancy about it, but we pride ourselves on the quality of the workout. That is what is most important. We switch up our workouts every class. We doubt you will ever get bored here. We hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity to come and try us. As I already posted here, Saturdays are always free. Expect to be challenged while having fun.

Just let us know you’re coming, leave your name and be sure to leave a return contact number for us to call in case anything comes up. Show up a few minutes before 10:00 if you have not been to this class yet so we can go over the workout of that day with you and get you to sign the necessary liability forms.
