All classes last 30-40 minutes unless otherwise stated.
Cost: (This does not include Pilates or Tai Chi)
$6 per class
$30 for 6 classes
$55 per month unlimited classes for individual
$75 per month unlimited classes for family up to 4 people, add $20 per month for each additional family member.
Pilates and Tai Chi: $8 per class
Personal training:
$35 per 1/2 hour session
$50 per hour

I require an initial fitness assessment visit to get your medical history, background, and to physically test you to be able to determine your specific needs.
I also offer a Key Club Membership which allows you to have a key to the gym and full access for $30 a month. Key Club Membership does NOT include instruction so a knowledge of proper form is required before you will be eligible for membership. You must also be at least 21 years old.

Pam Turman is a fitness instructor and personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry since the 1980’s when she started teaching aerobics right out of high school. She has been weight training since 1986.
Most recently Pam was the Fitness Director at her local YMCA for 4 years. She has been an active personal trainer since 2001. She is certified through the IFTA and the YMCA as a personal trainer. She is CPR /AED certified through the Red Cross.
Pam’s personal training experience has been with all types of people. This includes everything from competitive athletes, rehabilitation, weight loss, bodybuilding, or reaching a specific goal.
“Everyone has their own reason for needing a personal trainer. I am here to motivate them, support them and teach them proper form so that they can attain their goals in the safest and most effective way. I like to make it fun and convenient. I try to keep my clients focused on the positive since this is how success is achieved.”
