Every day - Personal Training with Pam  or Rob Turman (by appointment only)

Group Challenge Classes:

Monday – Friday 6:30am,10:00am, and 12:00noon

Monday- Thursday - 5:30pm, and 6:30pm (7:30pm. advanced)

Saturday – 9am (advanced only), 10:00am – This class is for anyone!-Always Free

Youth Class -Mondays and Thursdays 4:00pm -must pre-register

All classes last 30-40 minutes unless otherwise stated.

Cost: $6 per class or 6 classes for $30.

You can also purchase a class plus membership at our facility which allows you full usage of all of the equipment in our facility plus the classes.

Membership

cost is $55 per month for class plus

$40 per month for General membership which excludes the classes.

Personal training:

$35 per 1/2 hour session
$50 per hour

Rob and I require an initial fitness assessment visit to get your medical history, background, and to physically test you to be able to determine your specific needs.

Pam’s PhotoPam Turman is a fitness instructor and personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry since the 1980’s when she started teaching aerobics right out of high school. She has been weight training since 1986.

Most recently Pam was the Fitness Director at her local YMCA for 4 years. She has been an active personal trainer since 2001. She is certified through the IFTA and the YMCA as a personal trainer. She is CPR /AED certified through the Red Cross.

Pam’s personal training experience has been with all types of people. This includes everything from competitive athletes, rehabilitation, weight loss, bodybuilding, or reaching a specific goal.

“Everyone has their own reason for needing a personal trainer. I am here to motivate them, support them and teach them proper form so that they can attain their goals in the safest and most effective way. I like to make it fun and convenient. I try to keep my clients focused on the positive since this is how success is achieved.”
