How Bonnie Went From a Size 10 to a Size 4

I hated seeing myself in pictures with my husband because I was twice his size.

So, I started working out at the local YMCA but I just wasn’t getting the results that I wanted. That’s when I started working out at Pam’s FitClub. I was amazed by the results as I went from about a size 10 down to a size 8 and then over the next year I got down to a size 4.

My husband loves my new look. He’s a runner and I could never keep up with him before but now I can. He’s still faster than me but now I can keep up.

I Hated The Way I Looked

Hi.   I’m Tammy Franklin and this is my “before” picture.

I’m a medical transcriptionist which means that I spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer. I wasn’t getting enough exercise, so I gained weight.

When I looked into the mirror all I could see was fat. I had no self-confidence and I didn’t like myself. I decided that I had to do something and get very serious about it. I hated the way I looked and it was starting to affect my relationship with my husband. I also knew that I needed to do it for my three kids.

It wasn’t easy. I started exercising, riding the exercise bike and I got some results. After a year the results stopped and I had to keep working harder and longer to keep losing weight.

That’s when I started working with Pam Turman at FitClub. Now I look better, feel great and my self confidence is back. Best of all I feel like I can do anything. I feel powerful because it’s been a challenge and I have succeeded. My husband likes the new me. The sky’s the limit for me now.
