<description>No joiner fee. The classes we offer are different every time and it&#039;s like a group personal training. Classes are different every time and we teach you proper form with everything you do so you can get the most out of your workout and never ever get bored. Classes are $6 each and you pay as you go, or you can buy a package of classes and save money that way. Packages are 6 classes for $30 or unlimited classes for a month are $55 for one person and $75 for a family of up to 4 people. After 4 people it&#039;s $20 a person extra for the month. Saturday morning classes are always free. No matter what. We never charge for Saturday. We believe this gives people a chance to try us out, plus we try to keep it affordable. You just come and show up for the classes I would request that you be sure you eat about an hour before and you bring water to drink during class. We do sell water too, at $1 a bottle. Very casual setting. Feel free to call and ask if you have any more questions at 420-1140 or just stop by at 40 Claiborne Avenue right behind the libray in downtown Rocky Mount. Hope you can make it. We do offer a key club membership and I also offer one on one personal training. We also have Tai Chi on Thhursday evenings at 7pm and we are getting ready to introduce Pilates on March 29th at 11:00 to anyone who wants to try it for free and Yoga on Sunday March 30th at 2pm. for free to anyone who wants to try that. We have two very very skilled and highly educated instructed that are gracious enough to come and teach at our gym. On those two days, they will be getting an idea of what days people want to take the classes. Once they set a day and a time, they will begin to offer these classes on a regular basis. The Yoga I believe will be $10 each class but she also will have packages. The Pilates will be $8 a class and she too may have packages. Hope you still get this message since it was so long ago that you inquired. We have been working on the site and I just got the message today. Now that the site is set up, we can respond immediately now. I hope you will come and try us out.
All my best,
Pam
